There's help if things go wrong
Virtu Financial Planning always aim to offer clients the highest level of service. They ask clients regularly for feedback at different stages of the planning and advice process and always take comments seriously.
If you’re unhappy with the services you’ve received from your adviser and you’d like to make a complaint, please contact us. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint, confirm our understanding of it and do our best to resolve it with you.
